Our Story: Serving Gainesville Since 1972
For more than five decades, Gore-Rabell Real Estate has been part of Gainesville’s changing neighborhoods, markets, and community. Our history began with local Realtors who believed relationships and reputation mattered.
Our Heritage
How It Began
Francisco “Paco” Rabell settled in Gainesville in 1961 after leaving Cuba with his family in 1959. He worked at Shands and later joined Gainesville Realtor Mabel Gore part-time. When Mabel retired in 1974, Paco and his son Ivo carried the business forward, retaining Gore’s name in recognition of the reputation she had built.
