Gore-Rabell has local roots dating to 1972. Today, Lucy and Martha McCullough lead the business with a focus on serving Gainesville-area customers through property sales, rentals, and management.

Lucy is a Gainesville native who first came to Gore-Rabell in 2003 until 2006, getting a taste for real estate. Not able to stay away, Lucy returned to Gore-Rabell in 2013 and bought the business with her mother from Ivo and Paco. Lucy enjoys assisting investors to earn the most from their properties, helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, and finding tenants just the right place to call home.

Bill was born in Miami, 1st in a fun-loving family of seven. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1979 and decided to make Gainesville his home. He has three children and one grandchild. Bill loves to help people — particularly through church, community service, and real estate. The real estate profession gives Bill the opportunity to use years of experience assisting customers achieve their real estate goals.
